Apply liberally & evenly to all exposed skin 20-30 minutes prior to sun exposure. Re-apply every 2 hours and after swimming or sweating. Limit sun exposure. Use sunscreen regularly and protective clothing: wearing long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
