Apply Caithy Restore & Recovery Shampoo generously to wet hair, massage into a soft lather through to ends, then rinse the hair thoroughly. For best results, sparsely apply Caithy's Organic Argan Oil or Marula Oil, at hair roots before shampoo and give a couple of hours time to Oil to nourish the hair roots for the healthy & strong hair.
