Caithy's Stretch Mark Oil can be applied two to three times daily—from the beginning of your pregnancy up to three months after birth—with light, circular massage movements over the stomach, thighs, bottom and breasts.

A kneading massage is not recommended. If you are unsure of the best way to apply body oils, please consult with your midwife, nurse or doctor.

Apply twice daily for a minimum of 12 weeks for best results.

Store at the cool and dry place. We recommend a patch test before first use. Avoid contact with eyes and do not apply on cracked skin.
